A Fresh Look at Millennials, 2008
Conducted in winter of 2008, MMA's study on 18-25 year olds explores the beliefs, values and motivations of young adults. The study identified the three primary strengths of this generation: autonomy, connectedness and purpose, and articulated the relationship between these strenths and each indiviual's search for meaning and happiness.
